The work aims to analyze the affectation to the quality of the services provided by staff in the form of occasional services , in the National Corporation of electricity Regional Manabi. It prevails the analysis of documents, inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic, and historical-logic al methods. His stage is the National Corporation of electricity, unit of business Manabí. The population comprises all of the users of that entity. -Random - sample, was the result of the monthly average of calls received from users: 150. Surveys applied made it possible to conclude that the emergency electrical service does not reach the expected quality standards, impacting negatively on the image of the institution, causing expenses that are detrimental to the financial situation of the company.
