Describimos una paciente de raza negra seropositivo para HTLV quien presentó dermatosis ictiosiforme generalizada, sobre la cual se encuentran máculas hipocrómicas especialmente en extremidades inferiores, además queratodermia Palmoplantar.
Histopatología sugestiva de linfoma cutáneo de células T, creemos que se trata del primer caso de linfoma cutáneo de células Testadío IB relacionado con HTLV-I reportado en el Ecuador de acuerdo a
los datos clínicos, histológicos y serológicos.
