ZINC NIVEL EN SANGRE 85-150 N (microgramos) 7dl (por decilitro)
TRATAMIENTO: DEFICIENCIA EN CRECIMIENTO 0 ,5-1 Mg/Kg/día con un máximo
de 20 mgs/d - per 3 meses.
En general: 1 a 2 mgs/Kg/día en crecimiento rápido o pérdida del crecimiento.
PREMATUROS: al seno, con deficiencia de Zinc en leche materna, tratamiento
inicial 10 mp/d chequear nivel de Zn en plasma y bajar a 2 mg/Kg/día
En ACRODERMATITIS ENTEROPATICA (defecto en el mecanismo de captación del
Zinc Trat: 30-50 mg/Kg/dla
NUTRICION IV en alimentación parenteral. 400 microgramos/Kg/dla en nacidos a
término, bajo peso y 50 microgramos/Kg/dla en mayores.
