Education in academic management is a relevant contribution to improve the quality of education; therefore, those who increase their knowledge in this area acquire the necessary tools for the proper management of school organizations. Otherwise, there is only room for improvisation or the application of experience, which is not necessarily. That is required, but a higher degree of professionalism. The University of the Armed Forces-ESPE is currently in charge of defining the higher education of the Navy of Ecuador, Air Force and Army of Ecuador in its different special training units, taking into account the need for professional training of future officers of the Air Force, so it is important to measure its effectiveness in relation to the fields of research, communication and academic management.
