A 59-year-old woman in entered because of acute pain in right hypochondrium and jaundice; with evident discoveries of colestasis in lab exams. She undergoes magnetic cholangio resonance, which report neoplasia of the third half of choledocal. CPRE is carried out and elective surgery solves the pathology.
