LA INSPECCIÓN ESCOLAR EN CUBA PARTICULARIDADES PARA SU DESARROLLO EN LAS CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN

Abstract

In Cuba the thematic of the school inspection has been little approached and less the advice function, the studies carried out before the victory of the Revolution, belonged to broken into fragments form and not very systematic, alone Martin Rodríguez Vivanco, Herminio Almendros, Ramiro Guerra, in certain measure, presents works that can be considered as important in this address, at the present time they have been devoted to deepen in the thematic one the doctors: Elfio Pérez Figueiras, Jorge Batista Girbau, Inés Salcedo Estrada, Luis Ugarde Crespo, Odalys Fuentes Sordo, and in other latitudes we have the Spanish Eduardo Soler Fiérrez, among others; some rehearsals, few by the way, they have reflected this aspect, the existent ones evidence little depth in the advice function, they are centered alone in the control function or of evaluation. This situation is not exclusive of Cuba, because the study of the development of the school inspection, except for honorable exceptions, it has not been occupation object in most of the countries of Latin America. The problem is before the challenges and demands of the digital era the necessity of an inspection it is imposed atomized at these times of more participation, in way he/she becomes autoinspección, the objective is centered in proposing a performance model before the school inspection, as results that is systematized studied on the thematic one and a model of school inspection intends to teach to make and that the educational one, directive and inspector act with independence, creativity when responding with the demands of the goals 2030 and the III Improvement.
