Abstract

This research, developed at the University of Armed Forces  ESPE. Its object of study is the incidence of the Triple Helix Model, compared to the educational model of the educational organization; using a mixed approach and whose conclusions as a contribution to the evidence found in higher education. They are inspired by the proposals of contemporary authors such as: E. Morín, B. Clark, A. Perez L. and CH. They have; with strategies to generate new scenarios, manage knowledge and contribute to the productive development of the country and close the social gaps. It is the Triple Helix Model, the starting point that allowed to identify technically selected indicators where it is necessary to interact, between the Government, as responsible for the construction of public policies for higher education (legal capital); University, which builds the capital of knowledge and the Company that generates wealth with economic capital. This triangulation bases management in higher education, and their interaction proposes to build our knowledge society.
