The article expresses a reflection on the academy in the construction of a new teaching paradigm - complex learning, holistic socio-critical, by competences, strategic multi-interdisciplinary ecological and democratic, with a directive axis of investigation in the curricular practice and in the same scientific and technological studies; systematically coupled with all the educational instances of the country the state planning entities and with their historical socio-productive labor cultural demands within the framework of the knowledge society and the benchmark of the national, regional and international market
