RIAF is registered as a data provider with the Open Access Initiative, which allows for the preservation of the digital information it handles. The RIAF editorial team archives manuscripts and articles published in both languages ​​(Spanish and English) on preservation media and content backups. However, authors may archive their work in institutional or personal repositories.
