Abstract

In Ecuador, the access to information technologies and communication is a fundamental right for everyone (Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador, 2012), not so for certain economic sectors such as the case of the SME's (Small and Medium-sized enterprises), that to hire the services of Cloud Computing limited its possibilities by suffer in our environment of a specific legal rules that regulare it, being necessary to agree on a contractual framework duly agreed upon between the parties. In this research, emphasis is placed on issues of recruitment of Cloud Computing service, such as security, confidentiality of information, service level agreements (SLA) and Servíce Level Objectives (SLO) for the provision of quality servbice; and establishing legal recommendations at the time of writing the contract. All this  allows you to define the existing short comings in the Ecuadorian laws with respect to the service of Cloud Computing.
