Abstract

This article is the result of more than five years in preparing qualified workers at the training school of the Historian Office of Camaguey City. In it, based on the characteristics of this educational process and the necessary linkage to the objects of construction in progress in the city, systematic actions to achieve an adequate link between theory (lesson process) and practice ofthe subject (insertion in the production) are offered, supported by a system of educational activities for learning plumbing. These actions, as a fundamental methodological guide, allowed to introduce the result in the practice and improve, in a systematic way, the training process of the workers of this job.
