The interest of this research work is to know the reality of the people who have obtained the Human Development Credit in the period 2016-2020 in one of the most vulnerable sectors of Guayaquil such as Guasmo Sur, the way in which resources were used in this period of the Covid-2019 pandemic. The interview and the survey were used to conclude that the lack of knowledge in their enterprises and with the arrival of Covid-19, businesses decreased, representing 29% of the beneficiaries who managed to be successful in their business and were job generators.
