This essay attempts to elucidate the relationship between the different agents and how the cooperation between them can lead to an efficient development of routines within the organization. For this, it is necessary to know how they are connected and what is the appropriate environment to stimulate them according to the different technological trajectories that they follow. In addition, the link that exists between these and the skills of individuals in the organization is established, focusing on how the interaction between existing resources and processes will lead to them fulfilling their functions of variation, replication and selection (Nelson and Winter, 1982). It also shows the close relationship that exists between routines such as genes and skills within the organization.
