Dupuytren's disease is a rare clinical entity. It is more prevalent in older men of Celtic descent. We present a case of Dupuytren's disease in a 65-year-old man of Ecuadorian origin (ethnicity: mestizo) who presented with palpable swelling on the dorsum of his right hand, deformity, and painful functional limitation.
