Enfermedad de Dupuytren: Reporte de caso

La enfermedad de Dupuytren es una entidad clínica rara. Tiene preponderancia en los hombres mayores de ascendencia celta. Presentamos un caso de enfermedad de Dupuytren en un hombre de 65 años de origen Ecuatoriano (etnia: mestizo) quien acude por presentar tumefacciones palpables en el dorso de la mano derecha, deformidad, limitación funcional dolorosa.
