Since 2011, Ecuador has implemented a Pharmacovigilance system, recognizing that healthcare professionals often do not receive sufficient training during their university education to strengthen this system and minimize community risks. Accordingly, this research aims to synthesize, through a systematic review, learning strategies in the field of pharmacovigilance among university students in health-related disciplines. The PRISMA methodology was applied, resulting in the selection of nine articles, which were assessed for quality using the JBI tools. The population studied consisted exclusively of university students in pharmacy programs. After identifying deficits in the field of pharmacovigilance, feedback programs were implemented, leading to notable improvements in competencies. In conclusion, theoretical practical learning significantly enhances pharmacovigilace competencies.
