Based on the obtained classification, a weekly
prescription proposal adjusted to each activity
level was developed, demonstrating the
applicability of the questionnaire as a guide for
individualized exercise planning.
Overall, results reinforce the need to promote
interventions that integrate various types of
physical activity and consider the social,
occupational, and recreational context of
individuals. This study provides evidence
supporting the use of validated instruments like
the MLTPAQ for assessment and prescription in
diverse populations and constitutes a basis for
future research aimed at optimizing sustainable
physical activity programs adapted to different
population profiles.
