Scope of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data in the Global Context.

Abstract

The expansion of computer science and technological advances resulted in the birth of artificial intelligence based on BIG DATA and the processing of large amounts of data. Machines and technologies burst the paradigm shift of the last century, influencing knowledge and the industrial field. The present article, product of a research, aims to analyze what would be the scope of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and BIG DATA, allowing an improvement of living conditions in the global context. Methods, a documentary type research of secondary sources was carried out, level: descriptive research, taking what was investigated in the different documents to make a position on the researched topic Results: AI and BIG DATA are closely related being both interdependent, the scopes cover wide sectors of the world, such as: the industrial sector, health, finance, education and entertainment. Conclusions: AI should be used as a tool for human beings, but not to replace human intelligence, the scopes cover broad sectors in the global context, which should be monitored to allow equity, privacy and data protection in a framework of academic integrity.
